17. Time: These covenants, limitations, restrictions reservations and uses shall run with the land, and are to take effect immediately upon the recordation in the Henderson County Registry, and shall be binding upon all parties and all persons claiming under them for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date these covenants are recorded, at which time the same shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years each unless it is agreed by vote of the majority of the owners of the Lots within Hawke Woods Subdivision to change the same. Each Lot owner may have as many votes as the number of Lots owned by said Lot owner.

   
18. Enforcement: Enforcement of these restrictions and conditions shall be by proceeding at law or in equity against any person or persons violating or attempting to violate any covenant or condition, either to restrain violation thereof or to recover damages therefore. Injunctions shall not be issued to compel the removal or moving of any completed residence for violation of side setback or front setback restrictions, the sole remedy of any offended person being a suit for damages.

   
19. Severability: Invalidation of any one of these covenants or conditions by judgment or order of any court shall in no way effect any of the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
